Our Low Cost Fee Structure
Our Gold, Silver and Bronze Service plans have been designed to pass onto landlords the benefits and cost efficiencies that our bulk operating processes deliver. As such the fixed monthly fees that we charge for the Rent Management and Legal Protection Service start at just £15 per for our Bronze Service Plan, £20 for a more comprehensive Silver Service Plan and £30 for our premium Gold Service Plan that includes a wide range of legal support services for landlords built in.
We are very conscious that letting agents and property managers can charge very high fees for basic rent collection services and we, along with many thousands of private landlords, feel that a large proportion of letting agencies have been over-charging for many years whilst failing to provide landlords with comprehensive protection against problem tenants.
In this current climate of rising operating costs the profit margins for residential landlords are becoming much tighter. The Rent Management Service allows business minded landlords to manage their rental income investments and protect themselves in a cost efficient and secure environment.
One Time Set Up Administration Charge
To reflect the initial administration involved in liaising with our client and new tenants we also charge a £50 one time account set up fee per tenancy contract*. Administrative set up fees relating to bulk outsourcing transfers of existing tenancies by property managers or residential landlords with sizable portfolios can be commercially negotiated however.

Please note that our fixed set up fee and monthly fee relate to a maximum of 5 tenants in a property. Where their are more than 5 tenants on the contract we will charge a set up fee of £75 and our monthly fee will be £15 plus an additional £5 for each additional tenant. Please also note that we operate a monthly fee cap of £30 so the monthly fee for the Rent Management Service will not exceed £30.
