All service levels incur a administration set up fee of £55. Where tenancy agreements exceed 5 tenants a set up fee of £75 will be charged and an additional monthly fee of £5 per tenant will be charged. Gas & Electricity supply can be arranged for tenants via The Utility Warehouse. All fees are exclusive of VAT.
