Our popular entry level rent management service for private landlords is our Bronze Service Plan. This service plan offers intelligent rent collection and reporting information for landlords and their tenants along with the added benefit of telephone legal support when dealing with rent arrears situations.

Bronze Service Plan - £15 Per Tenancy Contract Per Month*
Includes:
* Up to 5 tenants per tenancy contract. Additional tenants on tenancy contract occur an additional £5 per tenant per month. Initial admin fee is £50. When tenancy contract relates to more than 5 tenants initial admin fee is £75. All costs exclude VAT.
