As we have international payment processing expertise we are able to manage the rent collection requirements for clients living abroad. The Rent Management Service operates in exactly the same way for our overseas clients as it does for UK based residential landlords. The only real difference is the fact that we are in most cases send rental funds to overseas bank accounts as instructed by our non UK resident clients.
