Yes it does. As all of our personal account managers are also trained and experienced debt advisors they will be able to put in place a debt management plan with tenants. This serves to ensure that rent payments and any arrears will be prioritised and full contractual payments will be made towards these commitments accordingly. The debt plan will also enable tenants to deal with their unsecured and non priority creditors sensibly knowing that their landlord has acted ethically and professionally in their dealings with their rent arrears issue.
