One of the changes under the new rules is that Housing Benefit will almost always be paid direct to tenants. It will then be their responsibility to make sure that they pay you the right amount at the right time just as if they were not receiving any benefit. We will be giving advice to customers on how to open a bank account and will provide details of some of the accounts that are available. You may want to consider the way in which you collect your rent normally and look at changing to some kind of automated system such as standing orders if you have not done so already.

To learn more about the Rent Management Service please either speak with one of our business development managers on 0871 750 1277 now or complete a contact form and we will call you back within the hour or at the time specified on the form. Alternatively, please feel free to chat securely online using our website Live Chat Button on the site.
