Just simply let your personal account manager know and they will adjust your tenants rent payment details accordingly. As the role of the personal account manager is to liaise between you, our client, and your tenants typically your personal account manager will already have an established relationship with your tenants so communication between all parties is generally straightforward and seamless. Remember, you are able to communicate with your account manager via the telephone, email and also via our dedicated online chat facility from our website.

To learn more about the Rent Management Service please either speak with one of our business development managers on 0871 750 1277 now or complete a contact form and we will call you back within the hour or at the time specified on the form. Alternatively, please feel free to chat securely online using our website chat button.
