The Rent Management Service has a fixed monthly fee of £15 per tenancy contract*. A one time administration fee of £50 is also required per tenant to cover the initial account set up fees and payment method processing also. More information about our fees structure can be viewed here.

* Up to 5 tenants per tenancy contract. Additional tenants on tenancy contract occur an additional £5 per tenant per month. Initial admin fee is £75 when tenancy contract relates to more than 5 tenants. All costs exclude VAT.
