In addition to the standard payment methods used to collect rental income from tenants the Rent Management Service also enables tenants to be issued with a personal Rent Payment Swipe Card. 
The rent payment cards are issued to all tenants as a matter of course and enable tenants to make cash payments at any UK Post Office, Paypoint Outlet or Woolworths branch. The rent payment cards are a great help to tenants on low incomes or in receipt of Housing Benefit as often times such individuals are more used to settling bills in cash and may not actually possess a fuly functioning bank account.
Overnight Acknowledge of Rent Paid
From a management information perspective, the rent payment cards enable the accounts team at the Rent Management Service to be informed overnight that a tenants has made a cash payment along with the specified amount and location of the outlet were the payment was made. This then automatically updates our landlord clients online acount.
