Our comprehensive Rent Management Service for private landlords is our Gold Service Plan. This service plan offers intelligent rent collection and reporting information for landlords and their tenants along with a number of legal support services built in to protect landlords and provide them with more streamlined management and legal protection.

Our landlord clients that have enrolled onto our Gold Service Plan are also able to purchase support services as needed from our Landlord Support Menu. We also offer a £100 discount from our standard fees in relation to court action costs. A full list of the Gold Service Plan features can be viewed below:

Notes*

All service levels incur a administration set up fee of £50. Where tenancy agreements exceed 5 tenants a set up fee of £75 will be charged and an additional monthly fee of £5 per tenant will be charged. Gas & Electricity supply can be arranged for tenants via The Utility Warehouse. All fees are exclusive of VAT.
