So after 7 years of managing tenants I still seem to be none the wiser when it comes to getting the rental decision formula right. Today I visited one of my houses in Greenford to find that the Australian couple that are renting it have evidently gone off to Greece for Christmas and sub-let the property to 3 of their Brazilian mates for a month without my permission.


Hence I now have to decide to try to kick out the 3 Brazilian lads over Christmas and consider evicting the tenants when they return back to the UK (which I don't really want to do) or turn a blind eye to the matter. The couple seemed so nice and I never would have thought that they would be so inconsiderate towards my house and the contract they have with me. Is it just me that seems to have these types of constant problems with tenants?
